Peaks and valleys
Life is full of peaks and valleys, after yesterdays wonderful day, I was hoping that it would carry into today, alas no such luck. School was mediocre today, I tell you I cannot wait until I make that move to cali. Anyways the weather was extremely unpredictable I could not take the dog out for a walk because it was close to 90, then once it cooled down, it started raining cats and dogs(where did that saying come from?) I had to wait until 10.30 before there was a break in the weather, soon as there was a break I went for a quick mile and half run with the dog, just to get him some exercise. Then i had a conversation with a friend about the importance of money, and when I say conversation I use that term loosely. I know money is important, but i don't believe you should let it control your life or let it influence you on how happy it can make you. In the end I knew I could not change this persons mind so i took the high road and excused myself from the conversation. Remember folks money can buy material objects, but that is not the key to happiness.

In the old days when barn roofs were made of thatch, animals would go in there to keep warm. When it rains hard, these animals would slip out.
At least, that's what I remember that I learned. I could be off slightly.
See, ask and ye shall receive.
What the hell does that mean? I know you are smart, but I am lost on that last comment
